The Shun Classic BBQ Set features the three key knives you'll need to handle grill-worthy proteins of all types. This gorgeous set includes the Honesuki, the Shun Classic Boning/Fillet Knife, and the Shun Classic Brisket Knife, ideal for trimming and slicing larger cuts of meat, including brisket, ham, and turkey. All knives come in a handsome Shun knife roll, perfect for when you take your BBQ show on the road.

Both the Asian multi-prep knife and the boning/fillet knife feature the Shun Classic's beautiful Damascus-clad blades with proprietary high-performance VG-MAX stainless steel cutting core and D-shaped ebony PakkaWood handles. The brisket knife, made of Japanese AUS10A blade, is highly refined, high-carbon, vanadium stainless steel with hollow-ground indentations that help food release more easily from the blade. All are sharpened to a Shun-sharp 16º edge and hold their edge.
