Pappy Van Winkle 10 Yr. Old Rip Van Winkle's 10 Year Bourbon is the youngest of the award-winning Pappy Van Winkle lineup. Known for its rich, copper shading, this whiskey delivers enticingly sweet, hot caramel-nut-fudge fragrances. The medium-to-full-bodied flavor profile features exceptional toasty oak and fruity dried fruit and nut notes. Each taste finishes with a long, intense rush of peppery darker flavors, floral nectar, and roasted barrel enhancements, which balance the whiskey’s high proof and bold flavor. A splash of limestone well-water is added before bottling to create an exceptionally smooth whiskey while keeping it as close to barrel proof as possible.
