The “Hamaguri” shaped blade of the Heptagon series draws inspiration from historical Samurai swords, allowing you to cut effortlessly in a straight line. The blade is made out of high-carbon stainless steel that allows for a high degree of hardness and durability. The special heat treating technique combined with sub-zero cooling at -70°C creates extremely durable, flexible, unbreakable blades with superior edge holding ability.

Each handle is made out of aluminum, which is both rust and rot resistant, and the signature heptagon-shape allows for secure control and comfortable grip when chopping or slicing.
