This note is a 1969 $ 20 Federal Reserve. What happened here is called a MIS-ALIGNMENT PRINTING ERROR. The 3rd printing is when they add the serial numbers and the seal. As you can see from the pictures the note was fed into the printer incorrectly. The serial number and seal are printed almost halfway across the note. The note is graded PMG 35 Choice Very Fine.
