The Bosma XC indoor security camera gives you peace of mind knowing the people and places you value most are protected. It features a 1080p full HD camera with HDR that delivers high resolution and high-quality images right to your smartphone. The 138° wide-angle lens makes sure the XC can capture all the activity in your home in one shot, while 360° panning lets you capture an even broader view whenever you like.

A good security camera detects motion, but Bosma XC does one better with integrated motion and sound detection. Once detected, the XC will begin recording immediately and send an alert right to your smartphone. You can also count on XC's night vision to capture every detail, even in zero light conditions.

The XC is equipped with 2-way audio to communicate with loved ones at home and a built-in 90dB siren so you can launch a loud alert and scare off would-be intruders. It's also compatible with Alexa, letting you control the camera via voice commands.

Can you use it outdoors?

This is an indoor camera and not weather resistant. We would advise against using it outdoors.

What does 'expandable" local storage mean? What is needed for this expansion? And is there some sort of subscription service required?

It simply means you can add local storage by using a micro SD up to 128GB. There is no subscription.

Does this require WiFi or internet connection?

It does require a Wi-Fi connection.

Can it detect movements outside when placed inside a window?

Yes, it can detect motion even through glass.

When panning, can a lesser than 360 pan be selected (for instance, 190 °)?

Auto-panning is only 360° at the moment.

Does it run on 5g or the 2.5ghz WiFi speed?

It runs off of 2.5ghz because it offers a longer range than 5Ghz.
